What to do if your group has fewer than 40 full paying members

If your group size is less than 40 paying members we shall attempt to find another group to share with you. By doing this we can keep the costs of travel down per person, so that the price you pay remains low.

If this is not desirable you are welcome to find and introduce a second group local to yours. In this instance we will waive the coach supplement for both groups. We will also offer you a discount of £250 for introducing a new school, as well as £150 off their booking!

When trying to maximise the numbers of full paying members some groups invite colleagues or relatives of group members to join the groups. This also strengthens adult/children ratios. These extra party members can join in with the activities as much or as little as they like. We may even be able to offer concessionary prices for some of these places. Travel for groups of fewer than 40

Groups of fewer than 40 full paying members are asked to meet their coach at a convenient pick up point such as a motorway service station, Victoria (London) coach station, or a channel port. However, if you choose you can still benefit from our hassle free door-to-door pick up service for a small supplement. The coach may be shared with another group. 0-15 = £47 per person
16-30 = £30 per person
31-35 = £15 per person
36-39 = £5 per person

Coach air-conditioning optional supplement

We try to provide air-conditioned coaches as often as possible but cannot guarantee that this will be the case for each individual tour. If you choose, a supplement of only £10 per paying person will enable us to GUARANTEE this for your journey. Please call us for details.

Flights to our Southern centres

If you would like Acorn Adventure to organise your flights and overseas coach transfers please add £200 on to the brochure price.

If you would like to organise your own flights, but would still prefer Acorn to organise coaches for your use overseas, we will offer you £25 per person off the brochure price.

If you would like to organise all your own travel arrangements, including overseas travel, we will offer you a discount of £65 per person. This is only for those paying the full brochure price and is not applicable to our special offers.

Own travel to our Northern France centres

If you would like to arrange your own travel to our Northern France centres then will be happy to offer you a discount. This is treated on a case-by-case basis, depending on which centre you choose, and how many people are travelling. Please call for more details.

Disneyland® Resort Paris stop-over

Your group can spend a memorable day at Disneyland® Resort Paris as part of your journey to or from our centre. Enhance your trip with an extra night's stay at a hotel in the Paris suburbs or travel to Disneyland® overnight, spend an entire day there and travel overnight to your centre or back to the UK.
