To help you to advertise your trip, we will send you a Party Leader’s pack containing your Booking Form with all booking details and a range of promotional material (sample letter, poster, parent/student information etc.) to help promote your trip.

Return your completed Booking Form with first deposits of £25 per paying person for coach trips or £75 for air trips within 3 weeks to secure your booking. If no money is received, your booking is cancelled and you will owe us nothing. A second deposit of 30% of the total price is due 8 weeks after although we are happy to negotiate more flexible payment terms to suit you. Final balance is then payable 10 weeks prior to departure.
